On 23rd of April 2016, the unusual concert took place at the Concert Studio of Polish Radio. Anna Sroka-Hryń presented a programme of pre-war hit songs in new arrangement of Urszula Borkowska. On 10th of April 2016, the Concert in the Memory of St. John Paul II, organised by the Mazovian Music Theatre, took place at Church of The Holiest Saviour in Warsaw. On 3rd of April, two spectacles of “Edith and Marlene” were staged at the Hall of Military University of Technology in Warsaw. Both performances received standing ovations and encores. The theme of another meeting of the series  “Operetta’s Folly” were fascinating and sometimes turbulent relationships between sopranos and tenors in a private life but always concordant at stage. The most beautiful operetta and opera duets are specially dedicated to these voices. We have heard live performances of the delightful operetta and opera duets in the interpretation of the Opera Nova soloist Jolanta Wagner and Rafał Bartmiński – the leading tenor at the Polish National Theatre. Another delightful concert is already behind us. On 19th of March, at Bielany Chamber Hall we had an amazing chance to listen to Olga Bończyk performing “Classy songs” concert. The huge concert audience could listen to the songs from the latest artist’s record:  „Piąta rano”, a record with Kalina Jędrusik songs „Listy z daleka”, pieces from the Irena Santor or Marylin Monroe repertoire. The unique combination of the violin with the rock music, film music and classical music in the vigorous arrangements of Bogdan Kierejsza, brought the audience in the very dancing mood. Once again, the Mazovian Music Theatre hosted on its stages Teatr Moich Marzeń from Chorzów.
